Psychologist, ICF-credentialed coach, and your companion on the way home.
I am Dr. Bita. If you ask where my journey began, the answer is not psychology or coaching — it began with biology, with the wonder of life and the question of how life takes shape.
That question led me through many paths: from mysticism and the search for meaning to clinical psychology, from teaching and research to coaching, and finally to health psychology — where I returned to the body, this time with a deeper eye for the bond of mind, body, and meaning.
Through all these years, one belief has never changed: a human being cannot be known from a single angle. Just as no leaf has meaning without its tree, we flourish only when we rediscover our connection — to ourselves, to others, to nature, and to life.
My role is to design a space in which a person can return to themselves; and perhaps that is why my deepest wish is to build the BtAmehr Campus — an ecosystem for growth, learning, health, creation, and meaning.
The longest journey in life is not to somewhere far; it is the journey back to yourself.
